I am a public school teacher living and working in Buffalo, NY. I teach in the city and live in the suburbs. I post classroom anecdotes and management strategies. Eventually, I plan to write about curriculum and instruction, but for now I am mainly using this as a reflective journal, a vent for my professional frustrations and occasional celebrations. I cherish the small victories. I'm in my fourth year of teaching. It's a grind, but I love it for some reason. By no means a veteran, I do speak from several years of experience and I continually learn from the myriad mistakes I make in the classroom.
